happychild's Review

Each page is beautifully illustrated, and completely unique from the other pages, as every one is illustrated by a different artist.  Every picture has much to explore and many quirky things to discover in the detail. It’s great to be able to flip to the back of the book and find pictures of each illustrator.
The words are brief, simple, yet enough.  Each page is rich in the conversations that can be drawn from them.  At the back of the book is included a simplified version of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, a clever way to imbue the importance of this beautiful children’s picture book.
This would make a lovely newborn baby gift, something to keep and hand down through the family.  Also a thoughtful conversation starter for primary school age children.
